05 Jul Great Falls Rotary Preps Camp Rotary for a busy season
Last Saturday the Rotarians, with the help of several local groups, spruced up Camp Rotary in preparation for summer campers.
The work crews cleared out deadfall and downed trees and prepped various areas for seeding. They also cleaned the bathhouse, lodge and old cabins and put the final touches on the four newly constructed cabins.
Ken Munski, the camp liaison for Rotary, said the young volunteers were “one of the most diligent, energetic groups of volunteers we’ve ever had.” Rotarians were joined by volunteers from Triumph Baptist, Vineyard Church Youth Group, Victory Church, Young Women’s Group of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and from both Teton and Cascade County 4H groups.
